Days Inn by Wyndham Augusta

Positive: "" Negative: I received no room service for my entire stay. I had to ask for toilet paper and new towels. The bed was broken on one side and my daughter nearly fell off the bed. I had a bug in the sink when I arrived. The overall condition was poor.

Not worth the price. The TV was tiny (around 32 inches). The shower leaked from the bottom seal and flooded the bathroom floor, and the shower curtain was too short to help at all. The bed was stiff and uncomfortable. They also charged a $150 security deposit, which is ridiculous given the condition of the room. I recently stayed at a Hilton near the Jetport in a suite and only paid a $100 deposit. This place charges more and delivers far less.

Friendly and helpful staffs and very convenient to nearby stores and gas stations. Not bad for an overnight stay for a short period of time in Augusta!

Literally, just don’t. Don’t do it. One star would be giving it credit. I’m not sure why Wyndham is even associated with this hotel. I’m talking dried up vomit on the rugs, mildew in the shower - which was the least of the concern after seeing bodily fluids smeared on the wall beside the bed. We checked in and immediately checked out. No thank you.

**Quick update about room*** I checked on refund/ cancellation, it seems to be non-refundable. I made the reservation lastnight on my way to the hotel (Tuesday Oct 14), if I wanted a full refund, I would have needed to do it before Sunday October 12th, 2 entire days before I booked the room. I was exhausted and made the mistake of checking in here instead of 1 of the other 10 places within a mile or 2. When I first entered room 122 there was a strange odor. The AC was on, so I thought maybe it was that. I thought I'd take a shower and go to bed. The shower has mold/mildew stains, a broken shelf from the shower is under the sink, the bathroom vent is full of dirt/dust and all but falling from the ceiling, there are weird almost hand shaped stains on the wall above and beside the toilet, the
