We stayed here for a quick overnight on our way to Rangeley and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed to recharge before getting back on the road. The pool was a great bonus — clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after travel. What really stood out was how accommodating they were with our dogs. It’s not always easy traveling with pups, and they made the process smooth and welcoming. Friendly staff, easy check-in, and a comfortable room made this the perfect stop. We’ll definitely plan to stay again on future trips north!
The front desk check-in was pleasant and welcoming. I was IMPRESSED with the hot chocolate bar in the lobby...very nice. I got into my room, and quickly returned to the lobby for a sample of the hot chocolate bar, returned to my room, and relaxed to watch the snow fall outside the window in the comfortable chair. After half an hour, I tried to turn on the television, but it would not turn on. I called the front desk to report it and to get it fixed, but there were no maintenance staff on duty at that time. I was quickly changed to another room, right next door to where I was (moving my things was so easy this way) and didn't have another glitch. The staff at the front desk solved my issue quickly and pleasantly. I highly recommend, due to the attitude of the staff.
Front desk staff was great. There is a pool and a better-than-basic breakfast. Location is right off 95, although road construction disrupts easy access to the hotel. Rooms were nicely appointed. Hotel is older, but nicely updated. Bathroom was small, but room was large. Easy parking. Great value; very good price.
I stayed here because I had points for a free stay, glad I did not have to pay to stay, I would have been upset. The staff were friendly but the place is in dire need of upgrades and did not give the feeling of clean. After exiting the elevator (with outdated inspection cert) there was a strong odor of weed smell on the third floor. It would appear this place allows smoking cause I have read other reviews stating the same thing. Possible and employee. Dont know, you be the judge but place is run down. Bathroom is very small and the carpet in the room looked dirty. The couch in the room was very dirty and worn and the fabric was sun bleached where you could see a noticable difference between the blue color. I just did not feel comfortable and could not relax at all. The coffee they have the
Stay here for two nights, with her dogs, while my mother had her surgery. The service was great! The staff was so helpful and kind. The little hot coco bar they have going on is delicious and sooo cute. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, over all hotel is a clean place. Thank you everyone there!
