Beware! If you book online through any of the many websites, this rough location will surprise you with a $100 deposit when you arrive. The paperwork you sign when you arrive will say $50, but that supposedly has changed. The cable in our room also wasn't working and it took 30 minutes for someone in maintenance to come and fix it. That isn't great when you have twin toddlers who are looking for something entertaining after a long road trip. Outside of one awesome employee (I did not get her name), the entire experience was a nightmare. Definitely pay attention to the low 3.1 rating of this place and find somewhere else around the same price range.

Positive: "" Negative: Smoke detector was chirping. The manager removed the unit. One towel. No trash can. No cups for water. Air conditioner was bad. Exit door could not be opened from inside. Had to give security deposit. First time I had to do that at a hotel.

Very nice place to stay in. Clean and quiet

Dirty room, tables had visible soil and the chair, sheets looked dirty like bed was remade. Worker was noisy all night throwing stuff around cleaning rooms in the middle of the night super loud with music playing on their phone. All the rooms are inside down the hallway so it echos. Ice machine was gross and all frozen together in one big chunk, with a scoop I assume hasn’t been washed laying inside the ice machine. So after you use it, it is to be placed back inside with the ice after you touch it with your hand. Unsanitary!! Breakfast had a waffle maker, tiny room size coffee pot; no coffee pot in room as advertised. No phone in room. Called desk from cell phone, no answer called multiple times to complain about noise, assume the one making all the noise was the one ignoring the phone ri

If they ever answered their phones and tried to help, it would be better. Left an expensive item in the room and the location does not respond to phone calls. You can tell when they don't care at all. The room wasn't bad for what you pay for. Too many bad reviews from people expecting the Four Seasons for less than $50 a night. The neighborhood isn't bad, just looks a little different than what you see driving in. Don't expect much from this place though. Door didnt even have a lock. Spend a few more dollars for somewhere else or sleep in your car is better than dealing with them.
