Hell hole! Should be bulldozed. I was only there to get away from a domestic violence situation. One night. I was as scared of the location and possibly catching my death because it was filthy! Disgustingly filthy. The air filters in the heat/ air unit wasn't cleaned. There was puke on the Bible and the chair at the desk which I used to prop the door from possible intruders. The sliding glass window was not secured so I had to use my cane to secure it. There were homeless, drug users, prostitutes coming and going. Yelling, fighting and so noisy I threatened the office to call the police if they didn't get it under control , I was going to call the police. The shower handle fell off in my hand when I turned the water on. I have a genetic terminal illness so cleanliness is a top priority for

Positive: The host was truly a gift! She was friendly, down-to-earth, and very well-informed about the area and the culture. You can tell that staff takes great care of the property and its guests. The hotel is clean, and the bathroom was large. Negative: ""

I had to wait 10 minutes for desk clerk because door was locked. I assumed that if you use your CC then deposit would be waived. I was only there 24 hours . The area/location is not exactly safe. I got away from neighbors for 1 days to avoid drama. I also had 1 towels for drying body, no shower curtain. It advertised coffee pot, but didn't see one. It was quiet nite. Wonderful. I would rate it 3.5 stars.

Bedbugs!!!! Be careful. There are bedbugs everywhere in the room. I found them on the bed and on the floor. The sheets were clearly not washed — it looked like they just put a blanket over dirty bedding. The room was in terrible condition overall. The area around the hotel feels unsafe. There were many homeless people sleeping in the parking lot next to the cars. I stayed in the room for only 30 minutes before going to complain. The front desk told me to request a refund through the booking app and promised it would be handled. In the end, no one responds at all. This is unacceptable. I have stayed at Wyndham properties around 40 times in the past year and have never left a negative review before. But this was absolutely terrible. Room 202, reservation February 24–25. We definitely got what we paid for at this hotel. We came in kind of late and there was line waiting on someone to come unlock the lobby door and check us in. It was 15 degrees outside waiting for 20 minutes and probably longer for the people in front of us. The lady was super friendly and she checked us in quickly when she did come. As for the hotel itself, it was near downtown so it was what we expected on the sketchy level. When we got into the room, the light switch wasn't working and with further investigation my boyfriend had to screw in the light bulb. when the light was cut on, the pillows were laying in random areas of the bed with no pillow cases. The comforter had a huge red-brown stain on the top. The sheets also had some sort of clear stains all over them. The floor was poorly
