Dancing Deer Lodge

It was a last minute reservation. Had driven all day in rain, already stopped in Bandera at 3 other places when we just turned the corner and saw this location. We called about the first one we saw. The phone was actually answered immediately by the owner (didn’t know that when Gunter answered). He told us about an available unit, we were right there and we stayed. While unloading he came over and visited w us. The Dancing Deer Lodge was clean, cozy, had everything we needed. Felt very safe. We were able to watch the deer in the yard. We later went to 11th St Bar and walked next door for Steak. We will return. Super Hosts
