D-M Motel

The D-M Motel is a cheap and easy fix to saving money when you need a room for the low. They are a nightly or weekly (matter of fact stay as long as you need to as long as you paying the price for the room. Usually just $60-$80 in cash a night. All rooms come equipped with a microwave, mini refrigerators, Tables &chairs, Smart Tv's, Dressers, Nightstands, & Bed/Beds. All rooms have a vanity section just before the bathroom. The bathroom as a deep tub and shower and toilet. They offer you two bathing towels, two wash clothes, and two of those mid-size twos. They provide you with the convivence of a washer & Dryer on-site. The Housekeeper lives on site so any problems you will get assistance any times (Day or Night)! Plus, they have tiny rooms available for little people. NOW UNDERSTAN

Cheap but you get what you pay for. Unfortunately there's times when I barely afford the $70 for one night. They hold your Identification card for the room key back. They're not the nicest of rooms, l run into various issues every so often. There was a time I had a room with a fridge that didn't work and I didn't even know until the morning when I went for a cool refreshment only to get a warm can of soda which I didn't wanna drink. Occasionally I'll see a roach scurry about but only one or two that I could see. Definitely don't take a person you wanna impress here. Good place to end an illicit affair.

Pretty good considering the price. No bugs. Sheets were clean . AC was working TV, refrigerator all worked & in good condition. Bathroom was clean. People were nice. No complaints

Apart from its location, this place is great. Honestly, idk what all the negative reviews are about. The owners are so nice, they make sure you have everything you need and this place is CLEAN. No roaches or bed bugs, no half made beds; everything is nice and tidy. And let me tell you, the mattresses here🤤 OMG are so amazing. Brand new memory foam that I have a hard time getting out of in the am. There's a soaker tub in some rooms thats to die for too! Rates are great and comparable to many in the area. The area however has a bad reputation which is unfortunate because this place is anything but. A little slice of quiet, low traffic paradise amidst a sea of old & outdated tucson.

This has to be the worst place we have ever had to stay before in our lives. At first we thought that it wouldnt be so bad considering that trhe owners son helped us get into a room earlier then check out and made it seem that outside of the first apperance of this place that we would have a decent stay, but we werevery wrong! the rooms were gross, there are only enough linen and towels for the housekeeper to have to wash each rooms linens daily to be able to have any any at all! The man at the front desk who seemed helpful at first let us know that the man who had been staying in our room for the entire week before our arrival only slept on one side of the bed so the room shouldn't be to dirty mind you I had offered
