Cutleaf Maples is the way motels used to be: locally-owned, clean, cozy, affordable. It also has some modern amenities - free wifi, mini fridge, cable TV. The hotel has been in the family for decades, currently run by the adult granddaughter of the original owner, who is very knowledgeable about this beautiful, historic area. A full breakfast is available in the main house.||||Very convenient location - on Route 7A, a short drive from Manchester and Arlington centers. Rooms sit back from the road and are very quiet. It's not for everyone - there is no swimming pool or fitness center, and rooms are small compared to the chain hotels. My room had a double bed and a single. ||||My favorite things: sweet rocking chair, great water pressure in the shower, and a stuffed moose on the bed.
Very peaceful, clean, and comfortable. Only issue is the wifi. If they fix that then this will be a 4 star
The owner is very nice and really on top of repairs since day one. Can't say enough about how delightful things have been!!!!
Ron, the manager, is an angel 😇.
