CS Coach House

Room was comfy, and most importantly bed was great. Super clean and cozy. Right next to the river which made for a lovely evening with a bunfire, listening to the river while stargazing. There is a shared livingroom and kitchen which is very handy. Host were so sweet and attentive. We would definitely recommend and will return if we are in the area again. Thank you!

My fiance and I were looking to book a long weekend getaway upstate, but AirBnB's prices and surcharges have gotten out of control. I was so lucky to stumble upon the CS Coach House! We frequent the area but have never stayed in High Falls, and we fell in love. It was the perfect, centrally located town with some excellent restaurants- all just under a mile from the house. We are also big fans of historic properties and were charmed by the restored features of the building. We chose the Woodland room and weren't disappointed. There were beautiful high ceilings, exposed beams, a bright spacious bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the stream. Wish I could give CS Coach House more than five stars! Stayed here over a long weekend for a wedding and wish I could've stayed longer... location is awesome, the rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, and the lounge on the first floor offers snacks, a fridge, and water bottle refilling station. The views are stunning, and the private balcony makes it that much better. Cat and Mike were so sweet and made us really feel at home. This place is truly one of a kind, really hope to visit and stay again soon!!

We had a wonderful stay here during the fall season. We'd be here once before 3 years ago; it seems like there have renovations and changes, for the better! The Waterview room was cozy and clean with a porch and stairs leading straight to the stream. The bed was comfortable and supportive. The only thing to note is that since it's an old wooden house, you can hear other guests walking in and around, but everyone was respectful and quiet throughout the evening hours. Would come back again!

How do you put into words perfection. Wow! What a soothing and serene location with the sounds of a waterfall lulling you to sleep. The grounds are impeccable for a stroll. Very clean accommodations. The mattress was heavenly. I did not want to leave and looking forward to another stay. Cat and Michael were the perfect host! Snacks provided are great and a refillable water bottle station. Too many amenities to list. Great restaurants within easy driving distance.
