Clove Cottages

Reminiscent of the Catskills Bungalow Colony where I spent the 1950's summers of my childhood, Clove Cottages is a perfect balance of nostalgia and modernity. Comfortable bedding, immaculately clean, peaceful and at one with Mother Nature, Easy to locate near 209. Friendly helpful proprietors. Comfortable AC. Very good kitchen and supplies. I highly recommend Clove Cottages. I enjoyed the view of Skytop and Mohonk Mountain House. Fraction of Mohonk's price. Convenient to Accord, Ellenville and High Falls,

We absolutely loved staying in the beautiful & cosy purple cottage! What a magical place. The host Michelle was attentive, friendly and caring. It was also wonderful to meet Sugar, their beautiful Llama. So cute and sweet! We had a magical experience! we’ll be back again in no time. I highly recommended this wonderful place. My wife and I celebrated our 19th year anniversary at Clove Cottages and couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, charming getaway. The cottage was cozy, clean, and nestled in nature, yet just a short drive to great restaurants in New Paltz. The hosts were kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed while giving us space to unwind. A highlight of our stay was Sugar the llama. She is very sweet and made the whole experience more special. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

My family had a beautiful experience staying at Clove Cottages. We stayed in the Green Cottage and enjoyed using the jetted tub and the covered porch in the evenings. My son's favorite part of our stay was meeting Sugar the llama, and seeing all of the other wildlife in the area. My husband and I liked how the cottages provided the feeling of being in a remote place, while still being reasonably close to stores and restaurants. We were also pleasantly surprised at how well the wifi worked! Our hosts, Michelle and Noah were so friendly and approachable, and provided helpful information about the surrounding area. This was our first time here but will not be the last!

We enjoyed staying at the purple cottage! The cottage had everything we need, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean & neat. We loved meeting the Llama named Sugar. The host Michelle was very friendly and very welcoming. I had a great birthday weekend and we’re certainly going back. I highly recommended! It’s a magical place to be.
