The worst time of my life these people kept changing my rates every week. There were drug addict needles in the bathroom sink everything was dirty they did not pick up trash or give towels they open my mail I found out later that some of my mail had been missing that they kept and did not give to me this was the absolute worst place of my life and then they wanted to charge me $330 a week it was ridiculous I can't believe they let places like this actually stay open especially for the hard workers out here who may be in between hard times and looking for an apartment or a home and need to stay in one of these places for a temporary length of time what's the worst experience of my life please do not go here please do not give these people your money because if we keep letting them get by wi

My son got a semi permanent place to stay there. It was nicer and more affordable than where they previously were up the road. It's right by everything is so easy to get whatever you need.

The man that owns this hotel must have something serious he is hiding an his hotel is filthy bugs in every room I have ever been in an I mean bad the place is just filthy an raggedy he is so rude an when something happens that is not ur fault but he thinks the law is gonna get involved he get terrified I mean what are u hiding maybe your family is not legal to the united states is all I can think but he also tried to keep my deposit an the room I left from was literally way cleaner then when I entered it but as soon as I mentioned calling the law he immediately gave it back now plz someone pay attention cuz something is not right about that at all.

We spent a little time here, while looking for a house. It was a good place rooms were comfotable, and clean. Two queen beds and fridge, sink and microwave. Cheaper then the other places on gull blvd. The manger owner was very nice and friendly. Good weekly rates.

I stayed at this location many years ago and was not planning on ever coming back because it was horrible; well, circumstance and budget has me here again and let me tell you, new owner, and new impression for me!! Mr Alex *new owner* was very hospitable, thorough and compassionate even. It wasn't about the money he said to me as I was standing there sweating the fact that I didnt know how i could afford the room and still have $$ to buy my kids something to eat, he was kind enough to give me a great rate, walked me to the room, looked over it and everything within to make sure it was clean and followed up with wonderful, uplifting and very much needed encouragement. So glad I came back. He puts up with no nonsense either so you don't see strange characters like you do a couple miles up
