Crystal Inn Suites & Spas LAX

Great value for the price. Room was a little outdated but very clean. Staff was extremely accommodating. Very quiet, didn’t hear much outside noise from the highway or planes. Convenient access to all stadiums or highway to take you to sights outside the area wouldn’t suggest this for a family traveling g with younger kids, but perfect for someone needing a home base & a convenient place to sleep for their time in LA

We had a room with a spa. Had to ask for help on how to get it working but once we were showed it was a breeze. Nice hot water. Room seemed pretty clean. Only two measly pillows. A few shady individuals hanging around.

Booked this hotel through booking.com for a two night stay. The price for two nights was reasonable and close to LAX and the Sofi Stadium. The reviews on the app were fair and pictures looked like the hotel was clean . However I should have looked up reviews on Google reviews before actually booking. It ended being a third party ( partner offer) through booking.com. I did not notice and because of this, we could not modify our booking once we booked it. I have never had an issue booking through this app before so I did not hesitate to book this hotel. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, I noticed how dirty the area and hotel were. First room given to us was not only dirty but flooded from the bathroom into the room area. Second room was just as dirty and smelled . The bathtub was n

Bed is comfortable and all but to tell people it’s $120 then they get there and you want 150+ is a disgrace . One day it’s $120 flat next day it’s 145 then 139. Doesn’t make sense
