Crowne Plaza Orlando - Lake Buena Vista by IHG

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was clean and well maintained, with a fresh, modern feel throughout. The Manager was genuinely friendly and helpful with directions. The breakfast was plentiful and thoughtfully presented, with a great variety of options to start the day. The location is also a major plus, conveniently close to several restaurants and the outlet mall, making it easy to explore the area. Although I didn’t have the chance to use the pool, it looked clean and inviting. Overall, I can’t say enough positive things about my experience and would gladly stay here again.

Arrived at the hotel after 18 hrs of straight driving and was welcomed by a very polite, kind hearted Natalia and she was able to check me in right away. That was a huge plus as we were very tired and needed to rest |The elevator, hallway carpet, doors show their age and the room was very clean and everything inside satisfactory. They have Shuttle to Disney but not directly to Magic Kingdom and you have to go to Epcot and from there anyone of Disney transportation to Magic Kingdom. Overall very happy with everything

This hotel is in a very good location. It’s close to the outlet mall as well as Disney Springs. Our room was large and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and overall it was very clean. The bathroom was smaller than most hotels but it was clean and the towels were luxurious. The breakfast was buffet style and had good choices. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel and definitely will come back.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very close to Disney springs and many restaurants in walking distance. The best part was the in house bar and restaurant. Jairo my bartender was great and we had a great conversation. Loved the espresso martini and the shrimp pasta. Thanks again Jairo for a fantastic visit

We stayed with my family for the weekend and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, very close to Walt Disney World, which made everything much more convenient. We loved the room, and the pool was one of my kids’ favorite spots , they enjoyed it so much. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with great variety and quality. Araceli and Henry provided spectacular service always kind and attentive. Chef Julio also went above and beyond for us ( even though it wasn’t on the menu, he offered to prepare huevos perico and tostones for us) Such a thoughtful gesture that truly made a difference. We will definitely be back in 2027 for our next vacation. Excellent staff thank you Crowne Plaza
