The hotel is rooms are fine. I would not recommend if you value safe parking and good service. During my stay, my car was hit in their parking lot, which has cameras. After two days of following up, the manager agreed to look at the cameras, and assured me they would let me know when they found the hit. After days of following up, there has been no return calls or engagement. Among other issues, was the restaurant. There is a major bug problem, and the staff is not incredibly friendly or worried about providing a good experience. I ordered a steak, it was completely undercooked, however, the waiter made no effort to fix the issue, stating that I could purchase an additional steak if this one was not to my liking. This hotel was fabulous. Rafael at check-in was a pleasure to deal with and made check-in very easy. The restaurant staff, even though we arrived to the hotel near the restaurant closing time was very accommodating and we had a very good meal. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Overall this is a place I would highly recommend for any length of stay.

Positive: Location Negative: Yes, they did not honor my prepaid breakfast for my 2 rooms. And there was a roach in the bathtub and a bed bug on the bed. They moved our room only and offer nothing else actually the morning staff said she didn’t believe us I had to show her pictures.

overall not a bad place. shuttle service - great - very quick and picked me up right where i said i was.. best part it was free! check in - super easy. Raphael was pleasant and helpful. room - spacious king room. bed was soft and pillows were comfortable. bathroom was little small and water was not always hot but not a big issue. no safe in room. service - i asked for extra towel but had to ask 4x. stayed for 2 nights / 3 days and no one came to make my bed or clean the room.. but staff was friendly when we crossed paths. didn’t go to resturant but grabbed a coffee both mornings for $2. did the job. pool looked nice but was to cold to use. gym was pretty tiny but had the essentials. parking is $21 / per night but you get in and out privileges check out - simple and quick

Pros and cons in reverse order because the con is needed for context. Cons: The shuttle is terrible. After receiving instruction from a front desk agent over the phone, we exited and proceeded left to zone F, as directed. We waited for 45 minutes with no shuttle. That (male) agent was also very rude. After 45 minutes, I had my wife call again, as I was irate. A second agent (female) told us that the shuttle didn’t pick up and terminal 4, and we were supposed to have gone right and kept going to terminal 3, section F. At least she was polite, but we were quite upset. At that point, we just took an Uber, an action I should have just taken an hour before. Pros: The second agent (F) we dealt with was very kind and apologetic when we finally arrived. The restaurant was set to close in 5
