Crowne Plaza Albuquerque by IHG

This was my first time at this location in which I spent a total of four nights here and every night stayed had always been better than the last! All services offered be it through guest services, house keeping and even dinning at the bar was wonderful. Every employee I’ve encountered always went above and beyond not only to provide detailed information but always willing to help with directing me on the many things I had been able to do while staying at this facility. I had a room with a balcony which was definitely a nice touch especially being on one of the higher floors which over looked the city itself which looks wonderful at night then during the day mountains Mountains which I enjoyed looking at! Breakfast served with more than enough promptly and the bar is where the magic happens

We rented the Ranchers Club lounge for a retirement party this past Saturday night. The staff was amazingly helpful and very professional. They made sure the event was perfect! The set up was amazing and the food was top notch! I hired a musician, and even though he forgot his speaker, the staff scrambled and found him the perfect speaker that he could plug his equipment into and so we didn’t miss a beat! The room held about 50 people and it was comfortable and everyone was so impressed with everything. Everyone should consider this venue for their events! The GM is impressive and amazing and she will make sure all your needs are met! Thank you to the hotel and all of the staff members who made this the most memorable event ever!

This hotel was a wonderful blend of luxury and comfort. I came here to get away from things and enjoy a mini-vacation not too far from home. I was able to relax very well here and this hotel offered the most peace I’ve felt in a long time. The design was very vintage and calm, almost comforting. This is perpetuated by their use of warm, yellowish lights that are easy on the eyes. The hotel room felt very hygienic and cozy. They offer free TV and coffee/tea via coffee maker. The bedding is nice, but bring a blanket if you’re coming in the winter time, since they are kind of cold. The view from my hotel room was beautiful and it was very peaceful to look upon the Albuquerque in which I love so much with such a view. The services provided by the staff here are nothing short of exceptional. I

Positive: The hotel has a classic style and is well maintained but the real stand out here is the staff. The friendly bartenders made the end of a long travel day relaxing and front desk manager ended the stay on a WOW note, truly customer service oriented! Negative: Although conveniently located off the freeway, it’s a bit of a sketchy area, not unlike other urban places we’ve been.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. The bar needed more help, it took at least 20 minutes to be helped. Hot tub was warm, jets weren't working, indoor pool roof paint/coating is peeling in big chunks. Convenient location for our needs during the Balloon Fiesta.
