This "IS NOT AN RV RESORT" and filed illegally according to Oregon Statutes defining RV vs. Mobile Home Park. This is a Mobile Home Park, recently purchased by a Monte Christo Properties out of Sacramento CA. They are in the business of securing properties with aging residences owned or rented by seniors predominantly, and attempt to intimidate them to sell or move for purpose of "Property turnover at higher value, as high as 300% in our research of public records!" The management came blazing in to Oregon trying to rule by California Laws or Lack Of, and Are Not BEING RECEIVEd WELL AT ALL! Claim to be religious and offer daily prayer for you as they neglect park for a year-receive complaints and then antagonize tenants filing complaints.."Which will be resolved in court shortly with Civil
My new water hose was broken and my other hose was cut. Now someone turns water off on me all the time while I'm in the 5th wheel.
