Very interesting place. Huge park. Everything from nightly to monthly and annual residents. Nice fire pit/meeting area hosts weekly jam sessions. Multiple restrooms dread throughout the park. Laundromat and clubhouse with books, magazines and DVD library. Overnite (no hookups) $20. Full hookups available in sister park, Coyote Howl West. Also rv dump only $12 and fresh water fill $4.
These two RV parks in Why AZ are wonderful as a stop over or as a seasonal stay. I stayed in the east park, the boondocking park. I enjoyed the quiet most of all. The showers are great. The hot water heaters were newly installed. The park has shuffleboard, pickleball, community building activity room. Water is available at each site. -The WiFi was not working and there were conflicting stories from the longtime residents and the staff as to how long the WiFi had been out and when it would be repaired.- The park does offer a year round stay, but requires interested parties to stay at the park ($200/month) for three months before one can be considered. This is an amazing park. Ideal for folks who are comfortable boondocking but would like water hook up and relax for a while. You can stay for a day, week, month or become an annual resident. Rates are very fair. No electric so you will need solar power. We came originally in 2022 and intended to stay a month or so. We fell in love with this place and are now annual campers.
$12 to dump my tanks. Easy access.
We love it here. This was our first Winter here and also our first experience with long-term boondocking. Everyone was very nice. We met many new friends and we are looking forward to coming back next Winter. Lots are 50×50 and most of them provide you with water. We used a combination of solar and generator for our electric. They do have dump stations and lb laundry.
