Cove Tourist Court - Soul Str

I had a wonderful experience at this AirBnB. It’s a really cute place, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom, shower, and kitchenette were luxurious and clean. The host was also very responsive and accommodating. I’ll stay here again the next time I visit Hot Springs!

Refurbished older motor lodge. Rooms are ok for the price. No tv in the bedroom. I would stay here again. Area looked a bit sketchy, but felt safe at night walking the dog

I stayed here for one night and enjoyed the place very much. The covered parking was so nice to park in, the units are modern with a classic character, air conditioner was fantastic and the host were very friendly. Area was also easily accessible within a mile to the downtown area with shops, bars and plenty of food. Would stay again if I’m ever in the Hot Springs area.

Wonderful experience at this airbnb. The host was incredibly responsive. The power went out for a number of hours and the host did everything they could to accommodate us even though the circumstances were completely out of their control. We also stayed an additional night, and though we couldn't stay in our current room, they accommodated our check-in/out times so we could just move our stuff. Both rooms were adorable, charming, and clean.

I would not recommend this place based on my multiple experiences there. Despite staying several times, the noise levels have been consistently disruptive, with a large number of people wandering around outside, making it difficult to get a restful night's sleep. Additionally, on several occasions, the rooms were not properly cleaned, which was both unsanitary and frustrating. The professionalism of the staff also left much to be desired. Further investigation revealed that the property is managed by a company based in Tennessee rather than being locally owned, as they initially claimed. This lack of transparency and the apparent effort to mislead guests about local ownership is particularly disappointing.
