This would be a solid 5 stars, but the first thing I saw on entering the room was thick dust on the side table (thick enough to write my name in!) There was also no soap provided, which I know is standard, so maybe the person servicing the room was called away before they finished. The only other less-than-perfect thing was that the parking is not free. Otherwise everything was great. Room was comfy, great position (so we could walk to nearby diner if we wanted something other than the Starbucks in the lobby. I recommend The Village Inn, 3 minutes walk away). Staff were polite and efficient. Everything (apart from the dust) was very clean. Wifi etc worked well. Definitely recommend.

Positive: Loved how clean the room was. Being clean and comfortable are the two most important aspects of staying in a hotel. But everything here was super nice. And quiet quiet. I forgot about quiet! Negative: My only complaint would be that there was not complimentary coffee. There was a restaurant which I expected with Starbucks coffee but it would have been detail to be able to get a complimentary cup of coffee without going to the restaurant

I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before booking at this hotel. My boyfriend recently stayed here for one night. As a pilot, he is unable to book multiple nights in advance due to the unpredictability of his flight schedule. When he returned to the front desk to request an extension for an additional night, he was informed that the nightly rate would increase by $120 — nearly double what he had paid the previous evening. The explanation provided was that the hotel was at approximately 90% occupancy. Despite the fact that he and his colleague were already occupying two rooms, no consideration or accommodation was offered to extend their current rate. As a result, they were forced to pack up, check out, and relocate to a nearby Hilton property, which offer

This is the second time I’ve stayed here- once for a family event and once for a football game. I’ve stayed in rooms accessed by the same door # (entry) and everything in the room, worked. The showers were great, there was no smell to the rooms, and the linens were clean/crisp. The hair dryers worked well, and I’ve been satisfied with the coffee pot and iron. ||The lobby is broken into a few zones, and they are each comfortable and well thought out. The lobby bathrooms are also clean.||The staff? Hands down some of the best staff I’ve ever worked with! My first stay, I arrived late at night, and heard voices in my room. I trekked back to the lobby and the rep helped me to make sure it wasn’t anything nefarious! Turns out, it was the TV turned up to like 30! ||This more recent stay was equ

The only things I didn’t explore were the gym, the pool, and the breakfast. I’m sure I’d rate them 10/10 though, based on the rest of the complex. This l
