Courtyard by Marriott Palm Beach Jupiter

Jupiter, Fl Courtyard Marriott was clean and the staff was friendly. Good parking. The breakfast was excellent. Aráis Pineiro went above and beyond to ensure the Buffett remained fully stocked. Ideal location, Starbucks is walking distance as well

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was deeply disappointing. We checked in at 9:00 AM and were told the room would be ready by 1:00 PM. By 3:30 PM there was still no text, no update, and no way to contact the front desk directly. Communication at this hotel is virtually nonexistent, which forced us to return in person just to find out what was going on. When we finally received a room, the issues continued. The television did not work, and a simple request for regular pillows was acknowledged but never fulfilled. The overall lack of communication and follow through was striking. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world, across all categories, and while this property is marketed as a three star hotel, the service experience felt closer to one star. To make matters worse, the

I had to be in the area to attend a series of medical therapy sessions. I needed lots of rest and quiet while I was there and it's just what I got. The staff is unbelievable, regarding professionalism, kindness, helpfulness and pleasant senses of humor. I love the layout of the room and the grounds, the rooms are quiet because they are well insulated and the hotel is close to nice restaurants. Also, the food at the hotel itself is very good, with an excellent selection. I'll be back in 3 months and I look forward to staying at the Courtyard. Wish it had a slightly larger refrigerator, though, but that's all I didn't like.

What an absolutely fantastic Marriott property! I don't have a single complaint. The room was gorgeous. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's a bar and restaurant right in the lobby where you can get cooked to order food. Lovely pool and hot tub complex that I largely had to myself during my stay, as well. Surprisingly low room rate also. Will definitely go back.

Always annoying to see prices hiked three fold during Spring Training. We have stayed here for many years and watched the property fall from well worn to worn out. Mattresses are completely broken down. Better hotels nearby with a full kitchen for hundreds less.
