Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Lake Nona

My experience at this residence inn was fabulous and clean. The staff were courteous , polite and very helpful. House keeping was great. They were fast on bringing what ever we requested. Comforter, towels and toiletries etc. The breakfast was delicious. They had for the 2 weeks that we stayed various items. It was fresh and very flavorful. The sitting area was clean. The pool area was tended very well as well as the pool. Once again the staff was very pleasant on greeting us and when we were leaving as well. I would stay at this Residence Inn again. Thank you.

Positive: Overall it was extremely clean and well located, breakfast team were constantly cleaning and clearing. Maid service not cleaning our room was the overwhelming disappointment. Negative: Unfortunately we didn?t get maid service.? no explanation. We didn?t display ?do not disturb? so no excuses. Also the live music from Boxi park or a restaurant was so loud on Sat night past 11pm that sleeping was not an option.

Stephen and Dasha are the most professional I have met in a long time. Any questions you have they can answer and accommodate you with the service is you need. Don't go anywhere else this is your One-Stop place to stay . The breakfast buffet was delicious with everything you can think of. To top it all off you have around 6 restaurants within 50 yards of the hotel

Great location, very walkable. Unfortunately it’s very loud. Between aircraft and the grounds keeping crew that fires up leave blowers promptly at 0730 every morning. Connecting doors are louder than average on the inside. (TV’s Conversations, snoring, etc)

Had a great conversation with Mya. She took the time to explain room rates. But what was more helpful was she got me signed up for the Marriott rewards program in a time I needed a GOOD and clean extended stay. In a ln emergency situation. Thank you Maya. Also amazing customer service skill. Soft spoken but clear, and very friendly and willing to help. Keep her around Marriott! Keep shining bright Mya 🌟
