Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN. Rooms are NOT AS PICTURED ONLINE. The room I booked was a double queen view room with a balcony, which looked luxurious and clean in photos. We arrive and the room smells of mildew and old carpet. It is not clean and has hair and dust on the benches and carpet. There is NO BALCONY, only a frosted glass window with a tiny normal window showing a view of the circular driveway and hotel entry. The bed sheets also did not even fit the bed correctly, they were too small. Staff at front desk were so unhelpful. Resorting had an unsettling smell. Breakfast was extremely poor, presentation of food was grubby and unhygienic with fingerprints all over the bench and food splattered around the platters. Went down to reception to refill my wat

I felt we had a really nice experience at the property. We organized a wedding weekend event room block and welcome event on site. Check-in was smooth. The hotel has a large and ample lobby space and bar. Our room was an upgrade with a great view of pool. It is a part of a larger circle of Marriott properties to suit your needs and preferences. Very close to restaurants, Disney, etc. It was walking distance to our wedding venue though we chose to drive because it is a wedding and everyone is dressed well, etc. The hotels pool was substantial as well with a beach style entrance. There is a larger buffet for breakfast (additional charge) which I think is weekend only. The bistro operates like all other Courtyards. Rooms were comfortable, so was bed. It is a little bit of an aged

We will definitely never stay here again. Two years ago, we stayed at the hotel across the street and it was fine, so this time we decided to upgrade slightly and stay at the Courtyard, since we’ve had good experiences with this brand in other locations. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready until an hour and a half after the stated check-in time. When my husband tried to contact the hotel—through multiple methods—no one answered. Eventually we received a text saying the room was ready, but when we checked in, it wasn’t the room we had booked. We had reserved a king room with a pool-view balcony, but were told we’d been “upgraded” to something different after they oversold the room type we booked. (This was a whole Seinfeld situation - "you know how to make the reservation, you just dont

I provided a review through the Marriott link after my stay when they requested (being an Elite Member), and I wanted to make people aware to look at their itemized bill upon checkout. I was submitting my itemized bill to my work for reimbursement and realized, upon review, that they charged me for self-parking for $25 and another parking tax of $1.63 after the front desk staff saw me arrive in a Lyft near midnight from the airport. The younger guy even mentioned it in his small talk and asked how my flight and Lyft were. In addition, I wrote in my Marriott review for this hotel that the room was super musty (which I found later was because the sink outside the bathroom had a leak, and the carpet was soaking wet). The lock did not lock like it was supposed to, so had to take extra meas
