Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Downtown

We travel a lot with soccer and almost never get a choice in where we stay. Our experiences have run the gamut and I just wanted to say that this hotel (refurbished) was in the top 10. The people were very nice, particularly Rae at the front desk who checked us in and out. The redo, whenever that was, was actually successful in that it was clean and bright and comfortable. Would highly recommend. It’s a little loud at night, but you are in DTO, so it is what it is.

I do not recall who checked me in, bit she was so amazing. She was quick, very sweet and even helped us with setting up a rewards account. Even offered us a gift bag with waters and a snack. Hotel was clean, had all the amenities you could thing of, including a little café in the lobby that had food,snacks, coffees, beer, wine and mixed drinks that were good and reasonably priced. Our room was clean, spacious, and very tidy. Free shuttle within a specific radius that they will drop you off and pick up ( confirm with the front desk). JJ was or driver and he was very nice and even showed us some beautiful Christmas spots with lights. Very pleased and definitely coming back

Super convenient for our needs. We wanted a tub, and the front desk staff ensured we had one. We went upstairs and no tub 🥲 went back downstairs to get one that did, and while down there, we grabbed a water and a snack bar. The manager took care of everything and even comped our snacks. The tub was nice, hot, and perfect for a great soak after a long day. Be warned, they are remodeling, and tubs are a thing of the past. Rooms do have a strong scent from cleaning supplies, but other than that, we slept like a baby. Great value for a Marriott hotel.

Very nice hotel … Orlando downtown was so so … but hotel service was very nice … all staffs were very kind and all facilities under good take care … strongly recommand …

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott Downtown Orlando while in town for the Citrus Bowl, and unfortunately my experience with the hotel’s shuttle service significantly impacted what should have been an enjoyable stay. As my group was loading into our Uber to head to the stadium, I noticed the shuttle driver transporting other guests to the game. This was the first time we learned that shuttle service to the stadium was even an option. I asked the driver if we could use the shuttle to return after the game, and he confirmed that we could. After the game, we called to request the shuttle and were met with extremely rude and dismissive treatment. As visitors unfamiliar with the area, we were relying on staff for guidance. The driver, JJ, instructed us to meet him at a Church’s Chicken
