Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Airport

Our room was not clean, the bed was not comfortable. The hotel was having work done at the front so the entrance was blocked off. We arrived pretty late and left in the dark to catch a flight and leave our car. We had no other options so we went with it but I would not do this again at this hotel.

United Airlines canceled our flight and we were stuck overnight in Orlando, so we chose this hotel because it offered a shuttle. That turned out to be a mistake. It took multiple calls just for them to find our reservation, and after being told the shuttle would arrive in 10–15 minutes, we waited over 50 minutes with no show. We even saw their shuttle drive past us without stopping while we were waving under the hotel shuttle sign. Staff kept putting me on hold and offered no real help or accountability. When we finally arrived (thanks to a different hotel’s driver who kindly gave us a ride), the property looked chaotic, with blocked entrances and a makeshift front desk. The hotel is undergoing construction right now, but it is still a very nice hotel in a very good location. What I find most amazing about the hotel is the staff. I specifically was impressed by Michael the night front desk clerk who is super kind, professional, helpful, and friendly. I was also impressed by Ali who is a front desk representative and also very friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable. The rooms were nice size and they were lots of towels and it was very clean.

Really nice courtyard that they've been remodeling. I only stayed one night but I wish all marriott hotels looked like this one on the inside. Nice laminate floors (no nasty carpet!), very clean rooms and bathrooms (great for my OCD), and big tv's. I could hear the airplanes taking off from here, but it didn't bother me.
