I had an outstanding experience with the valet parking service, thanks to Fabian and Carlos! From the moment we arrived, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. They greeted us with a smile, handled our vehicle with great care, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was their attention to detail and genuine friendliness—they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued. It’s rare to see such excellent customer service these days, and Fabian and Carlos truly set the standard. Highly recommend this valet team if you want reliable, prompt, and top-notch service. Positive: The staff and the location Negative: I thought the parking was a little expensive and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The bed was as hard as a rock, if it hadn't been for that I would have given this hotel a 10 despite the $55.00 a night parking.

Great valet experience at the Courtyard Marriott. Carlos and Tommy were awesome, super friendly, quick, and easy to work with. They made everything smooth from start to finish and really set a positive tone for the stay. Big thanks to both of them for the great service!

We regularly stay here before and after our cruises out of Port Everglades. We love working with the whole team here whether it's a day pass or leaving bags with the valet while we wait for our flight (shout out to Christian and the valet team!). Last time we traveled with the whole family and had more than 10 bags but they handled everything with ease! Quick and efficient and a go to reliable team everytime.

This hotel charged my credit card for rooms I never stayed in. Two rooms were reserved for a team event at Courtyard Oceanside Fort Lauderdale Beach. At checkout, the rooms were properly paid in full using another credit card, and the official folios showed a zero balance. Despite this, the hotel later posted five separate charges to my credit card. After disputing them with American Express, most were eventually reversed, but two charges were charged back to me again even after reopening the dispute. I never stayed at this hotel and was not even present during the stay dates. During attempts to resolve the issue, multiple inconsistent explanations were given.
