Courtyard by Marriott Hot Springs

My stay at this hotel has always been great. Nicole is always welcoming and friendly — she always has my key ready when I arrive, which makes check-in super easy. Mr. Bernis is the same way — he always takes the time to speak to me and even made sure I had my key when I misplaced it once. The rooms are always nice, clean, and comfortable. I especially enjoy sitting by the fire pit in the back when it gets cool outside. Overall, it’s a great place with amazing staff that really care about their guests.Ima miss this place I had been coming here for a year now for my layovers for work.

Had the best customer service experience I have ever had at any hotel, ever! Mr. Bernis Blake was very helpful and more than kind in helping me book my room. He went all out to make sure I had available parking for my truck and trailer in a secure location. The room was far above average and I felt for the price and the peace and quiet it offered, I could not have picked a better location. I was a walk in guest on a Saturday night and was treated as if I was a VIP. Thank you for having me as a guest and if I ever return to Hot Springs I would not dare to stay anywhere else in town!

I booked two nights here using my Marriott free night rewards and ended up leaving after the first night because the conditions were so bad. The entire hotel and hallways had a very strong, unpleasant odor — not just a typical older hotel smell, but something that seemed like a serious issue with the air quality. When we turned on the air in our room, the smell got even worse. On top of that, we noticed blood on the comforter, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a Marriott property. Both of us woke up in the middle of the night coughing, with sore throats and headaches, and we couldn’t sleep at all. As soon as we left the hotel, the symptoms started to improve within a few hours. We weren’t even able to stay for the second night. There is also a very sketchy traile

Very clean and well kept rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was right by the elevator and was super quiet still. They don’t have free breakfast, but we ordered in the lobby and it was very affordable and very good. Definitely would do it again
