Courtyard by Marriott Holland Downtown

Staying here was a dream! The hotel had everything that we needed to have a comfortable & relaxing stay! They had an indoor pool, indoor/outdoor hot tub (so relaxing!), a gym with super nice equipment, Starbucks/Bistro, and an on-site bar & grill that had great food & drinks. The Bistro served breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Starbucks coffee & tea; and mixed drinks as well as beer & wine (very good espresso martini!) They also had a 24/7 "market" that had snacks, drinks, alcohol, and essential toiletries! All employees, including the restaurant employees, were very kind & welcoming! We had mentioned that it was my fiancé's birthday, so we received two free breakfast coupons for the cafe! Room was clean and spacious! Booked this hotel as we had business in the area. We reserved a room with a balcony based on other reviews, but street view and not much going on while we were there. The room was quiet, spacious and clean, but wouldn't necessarily book the balcony next time. However, the service was great and we really liked having the sports bar/restaurant within the hotel as well as a small bistro. Convenient location to shopping area.

Location is great, right in downtown. Hotel seems newer and everything was clean. Honestly don’t normally love Courtyard, but this was very niçe. I would absolutely stay there again. All staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I loved the layout of the bathroom, plenty of counter space and walk in shower, and appreciated the shelf in the shower compared to those tiny little corner shelves most hotel showers have. Enjoyed the little balcony overlooking the park and fountains. Beds were comfortable.

Great location and great service. Have only great things to say about the staff here, especially Rosie whose exceptional service, expertise and warm smile helped to make my stay incredible. Thanks Courtyard and huge shout-out to Rosie!

It’s a nice hotel, but Courtyard had a large gas-powered power washer-truck running right outside my window from 11:30pm to 1am. Terrible night sleep as a result.
