The pool was closed the entire 2 day stay and the breakfast was understocked and there was such a long wait fpr the one oversized family using the waffle machine that my daughter could not get a waffle for breakfast and their syrup was all sugar free. Even though artificial sugar has been linked to cancer in animal studies. The staff were nice but they were very understaffed and the first roomwe went to way down the hall was still dirty. Really would not have stayed there had we known the pool would be closed.

I worked a 16hr shift in came here to relax and take a hot bath from a long day The young clerk was anything but nice to me she was trying rush me to check in tried to tell me they had to kmow how many guest I was having for their food count which I found a little weird so I asked but she said and a very nasty way this is the 4th time im telling you this I said I'm only asking for understanding she then said I was being rude and I need to leave now ive been in customer service over 20yrs I never talked down to anyone nor told a customer they have to leave after paying to stay the night which I politely said you know what please give me my money back ill find another place to stay she slammed my money on the counter ..I asked I paid for the night can I get my money for the room some guy sai

When we arrived our room smelled like BO. We aired out our room the afternoon and evening and came back and it was better but still stinky. The first night we were woken up between 12:30 & 1am by other guest being extremely loud and it took me a significant amount of time to fall asleep. Breakfast options did not accommodate simple dietary restrictions- gluten free, dairy free, etc. Non-pork breakfast meat would have been nice. The front desk was helpful when we needed to replace Kleenex and needed new towels as well as provided napkins when my partner had a nose bleed (seasonal due to dry air). Garbage was emptied when we left it outside of our room. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Currently staying here and honestly disappointed. The hotel feels very outdated, and there are visible stains on carpets and furniture. There’s also a strong old/musty smell throughout the room that makes it uncomfortable. Cleanliness and upkeep are clearly lacking, which is frustrating while you’re actively staying on the property. I expected better standards for the price.

It's basic which we expected but the room was gross. Ripped curtains, bathroom had mold on the ceiling and cracks around tub were brown and peeling wall paper. We didn't even take a shower. The AC worked well and bed was comfortable enough. The icing on the cake check out was noon and they were knocking on our door at 11:30am. Only 3 cars in parking lot. These owners don't care. Avoid if you can.
