Heed the warnings. Island Communities is a business you want to deal with. You will regret it. There are plenty of better places around. Just ask any realtor.

This is a well maintained community in a quiet area, but close to everything you could ever need. Definitely worth checking out.

This park has gone downhill the new owners are double charging for fees. Avoid this park if at all possible or go talk to the residents before you make the biggest mistake of your life

We visited the park today. We are in town searching for our new home away from home! As soon as we pulled in, we fell in love! We met with Renee, who was just as nice as can be. She called her husband, who took us around and showed us available sites. Scott was so helpful and pointed out which of the available spots would accommodate our 40 foot coach. The park is quiet, manicured, and well kept. We are excited to become part of the community!

The people here are very nice. We look out for each other. The best part of this park are the people and the quiet surroundings.
