Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Tucson City Center AZ

Staff were wonderful. Great location. Spacious room with comfy beds and separate sitting room. Big shower/bathroom with good water pressure. Watch out for fridge - turn it all the way down or everything in it will freeze. The TV remote doesn't actually work with the TV - have to use the buttons on the back to turn it on/off and adjust volume; can only change channel with remote (this really annoyed my husband). Breakfast a little lacking compared to other free breakfasts (e.g. BW's) (eggs and bacon/sausage but no potatoes, oatmeal, some whole fruit, bread, waffle maker - yogurt machine didn't work when tried)... but it is free. Even though it's right by highway, freeway noise wasn't overwhelming at all, even kept windows open at night. Don't really hear neighbors to side when in room. Real

Great as usual. This is the 4th time for us staying here and room is super clean, beds are great and now with the new door lock I feel safer. My children love this hotel because of the breakfast available. I highly recommend this location to stay for the weekend!!

Awesome hotel. Great rooms, excellent breakfast and a good location to restaurants, downtown Tucson and the University of Arizona. Best of all was the staff. Very accommodating and friendly. Met Christopher (GM) and Janet who take the word “Guest” seriously. They set the bar high for the hotel and the staff works hard to earn your satisfaction. I traveled for thirty years for business before I retired. I have been accused by my wife for having too high a standard for hotels. OK, I agree with that and this hotel met my high level for a great hotel. We will stay here again on our next visit to Tucson.

We spent 5 days in room 115. It is located in the hallway with linens storage, laundry and maintenance, but we were not bothered by any bothered by the usual noises of operation. We were welcomed warmly by each staff member we encountered. The king sized bed was comfortable and the room temperature was easy to adjust. Linens and condiments were easily accessible The continental breakfast was as good as any I have eaten. The buffet bar was always kept clean and an attendant was always available to keep the food items well available. Everything was clean as it should be, including the parking area. Over all We give the Country Inn a 5 star rating.
