Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Traverse City, MI

The hotel was close to downtown, the rooms were clean and well lighted especially the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was good and the pool was large and clean and the hot tub area was a great size. The hotel maybe could use some updates but was a great price, clean and offered a hot breakfast. All the staff was friendly and helpful. This was the first time I took my own pillow with me as I don't like hotel pillows and I forgot to grab it to bring it home. Other than that it was a great stay. Thank you.

You met all our needs. We had an accessible room and that was fine. We also had 3 more rooms for family. They noticed some were connecting rooms and we would have liked to have adjoining rooms. The breakfast was very good. The little ones thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We noticed the accessible lift for the pool that looked enticing but my husband wouldn’t try it. He doesn’t swim.

I was originally supposed to check out on Saturday, Nov. 29, but then my flight was canceled. My flights on Sunday and Monday were also canceled. I ended up checking out on Wednesday. The staff was so gracious when I asked to extend my stay again and again and again!! I also really appreciated how they hand shoveled the snow around my car so I could get to the doors without walking through inches of snow. So sweet and above and beyond!!

What a great disappointment. Unless you like a headache from the smell of Fabreeze. Carpets were absolutely disgusting both in the room and in the hallways. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Did not sleep well because of the must. Website stated duel queen beds, but we received 1 full and 1 queen sized. The breakfast was disguising. Didn’t feel safe around the hotel. Would’ve rather slept my family in the car at a random parking lot. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Positive: The pool was nice. Negative: You need to walk a mile between the pool and the hotel if you didn't check in early enough. No proper night light in the rooms. If you turn on bathroom light on, it turns on the fan same time. Not family friendly at all.
