They have morning breakfast, which is a plus however GOOD LUCK SLEEPING They have these ultra freaking bright streetlights that shine right into the hotel and although it has pretty good curtains, but your room at night will still be bright Oh and they need to change the flapper in the toilet. It's constantly running But other than that, it was pretty good

This was a simple single-night road trip stay on our way to Orlando. I have had great experiences with Country Inns all over the country so I figured this was a no-brainer. $120 for one night after taxes so not a “cheap” stay. The bed was comfortable although I wish there was one more pillow. 3 pillows for 2 people seems under the norm. 3 bath towels provided in a room with two queen beds also seems under the norm. The whole hotel seemed in need of a good cleaning. Dirt and big debris along the walls and baseboard in the hallways, corners forgotten about in the rooms, our TV remote didn’t have a back on it, and there was mold and poorly kept bathroom fixtures. My biggest concern however was the bath faucet that wasn’t seated against the wall and no silicone or sealer meaning all that wate

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with so much warmth from the front desk. The lobby area was very well-kept and had a very cozy feel. My room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and offered a lot of variety. I've stayed in various hotels around Tallahassee, but this one is easily the most hospitable. The attention to detail was unmatched, and it's clear that this hotel runs on a guest-first mentality and treats everyone like family. I'll definitely be staying here from now on whenever I'm in Tallahassee!

First time we stayed! Great parking for truck with trailer and walkable fast food!! We had a room next to musical noise. After we nicely complained, Alicia at the front desk requested the occupants tone it down. And they did. For 30 minutes. We registered our complaint again and asked to be moved. She not only moved us but brought the luggage cart and accompanied us to a great room that was a suite in a corner of the hotel. So quiet and so comfortable!!! Great nights rest!! Cannot thank you enough!! We will stay again!!

I don't feel it is necessary to have a tip jar n the dining area. My Husband is very generous with Charity but we feel it is not necessary to ask for money after we have paid for our stay and the breakfast should be complimentary. I am sure the Dining Room Staff is paid adequately. We do however tip in our room as House Keeping does work hard usually and it is also an unthankful position. in cleaning. A clean area is always expected. I also burned my arm on the heated pot that contained the grits. I did tell the Dining Room attendant about burning my arm and stated she should be very careful not to hurt herself. It is a very awkward pot and is in the corner where it is difficult to reach. This is so unsafe and should be addressed. Also we did not have WiFi in our room unless we p
