Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Roanoke, VA

The property is very well maintained, clean and well located. The staff were super nice and the breakfast attendant was simply wonderful. The room was very comfortable and we had a most restful night. Breakfast was hot, fresh, tasted and plentiful. Bonus: if was ready ahead of time which allowed us to begin our day quickly.

Very friendly, professional, and helpful staff - from the front desk to breakfast attendant to the cleaning staff. Convenient access it I-81. Plenty of nearby food, gas, etc. Our room was really nice. Pet friendly and accessible rooms available. Great hours on indoor pool and gym (6am to midnight!)

Compared to the country inn Wytheville, this hotel uses MORE fragrance products in the lobby and in the bedding. HOWEVER, it is still low enough that I was able to get some sleep. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms.

The hotel has been recently updated and is very clean. There's a nice indoor pool, although we didn't use it. The breakfast was good. Nice variety of items with the option to make your own waffles. Water and cookies were available all day in the lobby. All of the desk clerks we encountered were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed was very comfy, and the heater worked well - it was snowing the morning we departed. Parking lot was well-lit and the area seemed safe. Overall, we felt it was a great value, comfortable place to stay overnight while on a roadtrip. We would stay again if we pass through the area.

Very nice stay with no complaints. HVAC system worked great, several choices of pillows, quiet, and a softer than normal mattress. In the lobby was a glass case containing chocolate chip cookies. I tossed one in the microwave for 12 seconds and it was a piece of Heaven. Breakfast was good, with the usual choices. Staff was friendly.
