Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Pierre, SD

The parking lot is terrible and not much room and everything was so close to other vehicles and hard to find a safe place to park without getting hit. Overall the hotel staff was friendly and enjoyed a nice place to rest. The breakfast was a good selection except wanted grape juice in the morning and it was water. The shampoo and conditioner in the shower was really low and didn't have much to be able to use so thank god I had my own.

Wonderful hotel stay! The staff was genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. My room was very clean and comfortable, and the hot breakfast each morning was a great way to start the day. The location is perfect too—just a short, easy walk to the Capitol. I’d definitely stay here again!

Staff was somewhat friendly, rooms were tiny, not very well insulated, but kinda clean. DO NOT CHECK OUT EARLY. This hotel requires 24 hours notice and they will keep your money if you dont, even if you check out before noon. Water pressure is also terrible as well as the parking lot. Mainly, the only issue for me and my family was that we had a family emergency and had to leave suddenly, we told the front desk but they said that they were still going to charge us, because we didn't give a 24hr notice. Kinda unfair and crooked because sometimes you just can't plan 24hrs ahead, so we were down a few hundred dollars which we needed to get home. They were also doing construction on the third floor and its kinda in a bad area. Overall, I dont recommend this hotel. Holiday Inn is MUCH better if

The management did nothing to curtail loud parties in the room next to ours even though I complained. On the second night it got so bad at 2am that I had to threaten to call the police as the person on duty did nothing but call the people's room which did nothing. I had to beg the on call person to knock on their door and when he did they refused to open for 10 minutes because something fishy was going on there besides just loud music and yelling. The management should have offered something to us when we complained after the first night, like a different room, or talking to those people. But they did nothing. Do you think that warrants me paying full price when for TWO night in a row we got NO SLEEP and the sole purpose of a hotel is to sleep! Do you think I should be charged in full? Do
