Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Orlando Airport, FL

A great location and staff where very polite and helpful. |The room (415) was very spacious and had two beds with plenty of space for cases. | The room was a little dated and the bathroom was dirty around the top of the shower area. |The rest of the room was clean. |We didn’t get to use the pool but the view over it looked ok abet debris in it. ||Sadly breakfast was very poor. Bread and cereal and some juice. Very poor coffee. |We ended up going to Denny’s over the road. |This does need to be reviewed. As it lets the hotel down.

My husband and I booked a room at the Country Inn and Suites for February 26th, upon arriving to the airport we called the hotel to request the shuttle where they told us it was no longer running and that they could no longer accommodate us at their hotel so they have booked us at another hotel nearby. (there was no prior communication of this). They sent a Lyft to get us and we were then transported to the La Quinta, which was not nearby. Their hotel they put us in was no where close to the quality we paid for, we showed up to a room that had stained comforters and cockroaches. We ended up having to find anther hotel at 2 in the morning because the Country Inn and Suites couldn't uphold our reservation and sent us to a hotel less suitable than what we booked.

Breakfast so-so (hash-browns are not supposed to be more white than brown and definitely warmer than what they had). Housekeeping was poor (I had asked for daily towel replacement at checkin Saturday. Nothing came Sunday. Finally had them replaced Monday after texting the hotel. Tuesday they did a full clean. I think Wednesday we found towels piled (not folded) on the coffee table with 2 empty trash bags on top. Nothing for the rest of our stay. And with 2 people in the room they kept giving us 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth & 2 bath towels. For 2 people? C'mon, use your head.) And there's a parking fee if you want to park there. I stayed at another Country Inn in California that put this one to shame in every way (and they comped the parking fee & the goody bag was a lot better). The room was

We stayed at this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub. I called and verified this before booking. Upon arrival the lobby was packed. Numerous guests complaining that there room had not been cleaned from previous guests stays. It was after 8pm. After waiting in line for 45 minutes to check in, they gave us a room that also had not been cleaned. Trash, beer bottle, unmade beds, etc! We had to wait on another room. Finally get settled in, go down to the hot tub, it was ice cold! Location was good only because we had an early flight the next morning.

I've stayed here a couple of times, most recently a week ago. I had a reservation, so check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for being fairly close to the airport flight paths. There was plenty of hot water and the shower head was excellent. The staff was nice and helpful, and the airport shuttle was convenient. The hot breakfast was very good, and the staff continuously brought out fresh hot food. The coffee was very good. I'll certainly stay here again when I fly out of Orlando.
