Service - Arrived at 10pm. No one at the front desk. 15-20 minutes later when they arrived there was a line of at least 3 other families trying to check in. There were 3 towels in our room, 2 queens and a pull out sofa. We are a family of 4. There were 3 towels in our room. When we asked for a 4th we were told we had a bring a dirty one down and exchange it. I repeat, we had 4 people in our room. That is how it was booked. And all 4 were standing in front of her. Nope, had to bring one down. Ridiculous. Condition of Hotel - Not a dump as I have had the misfortune of staying in worse but it's knocking on the door. The hotel was not clean. I have pictures I can send. My reservation was not honored. I had reserved a handicap accessible room with king bed. When I got to hotel was told they did not have. I had called the hotel two days before to confirm this. They told me the person that had that room before us decided to stay an extra day. So apparently they got our reservation.

The staff was very nice but this hotel needs a rehab of their rooms. The carpet and bedspreads were filthy and stained. I went to the desk and she kindly gave me another room, but it was no better. The fridge was cool, not cold. No ice bucket. For the price, this hotel was not worth it. I need to say that the housekeeper tried very hard with what they had to work with! I should have booked the Comfort Inn nearby. Also, very weird, NO food available anywhere in this area!

The bed was comfortable with nice pillow. The room badly needs a refurbish. The tub was worn and the drain does not work...water piles up. There is no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. The desk chair is fraying. Breakfast was fair. The egg and sausage were not hot. The waffle batter dispenser was broken (supposedly yesterday) so we could not make waffles.....could have a pitcher with the batter to pour into the cup. Front desk folks were courteous and efficient.

The first room had no heat, no hot water, no phone to call the front deskand stained comforters and hair under the sheets. The second one we were put in still had no heat and full of baby roaches coming out of the drain and all over the bathroom area and smelled like urine all over the carpet. Absolutely the worst experience of my life. Will never stay here again shame on this hotel.
