SpringHill Suites by Marriott Lumberton

Great hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. Super clean. Very good breakfast. Did not use pool but it looked nice. The only thing that is a little confusing is the entrance. You can only come in from the left side of the hotel. But it's not hard to do a U turn. There is a very yummy pizza place with wings, beer, salads next door. Do not eat at the Outback steak house. Horrible service & food. Will definitely be staying at this hotel again when traveling from Florida to up north.

Great hotel! Very clean and cozy. The rooms are comfortable and well-designed, with lots of thoughtful little details — I especially loved the portable wooden tray, such a nice touch. Breakfast was good. The staff were polite and friendly. Pet welcomed. A perfect place to stop and relax while traveling. Highly recommend!

We chose this hotel to stay at to recharge ourselves in the middle of a long haul drive back home from our trip during the Christmas holidays. We stayed here a few times in the past, and had an excellent experience each time. The hotel being right off of I-95 makes it exceptionally convenient for us. We were pleasantly surprised to see that this suites were renovated. The new colors and overall decor really worked, giving a more inviting, modern, and relaxing vibe to the suites themselves. That plus a new trundle bed sofa, which we found to be much more comfortable than the old sofabed. The bed and bedding was very comfortable, and the wi-fi worked well. Had a great experience at a good price and the best part about the whole stay happened shortly after checkout. I left my $500 Garmin watch on the charger in the room and the cleaner Josefina found it turned it into the front desk and Chris called us. Told us he had to watch. When we got back Chris was very thorough to verify that was indeed my watch so as to make sure that nobody tried to claim it. Staff was friendly and had great integrity. Everybody was really friendly with the kids! Will come back if we come this way!

The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s right off the interstate. It was a very friendly atmosphere, the front desk agent, Marlena (forgive the spelling) was friendly and got me checked in quickly. My room was clean, I was on the front so I could see my car. I slept on some clouds, didn’t know hotels had cloud beds, but that’s what I was sleeping on. Breakfast was on point. Ms. Darlene, the breakfast host, was interacting with guests making sure everything was good, in addition to maintaining a clean well stocked breakfast bar. The front desk staff was friendly as I was checking out. Just an overall great stay… oh by the way, the pool is open 365 days a year, I didn’t have my swimsuit or I would have gone swimming. I recommend SpringHill Suites Lumberton for a good night rest followed
