Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lumberton by IHG

This hotel still feels new. The room had vertical blinds for total blackout (ALL hotels should have them!). I appreciated built-in nightlight on the bathroom outlet. We really liked the showerhead although it could have been mounted higher. There a lot of restaurant options nearby and it's right off the interstate but we didn't notice any noise. The breakfast was very good and everything was plentiful. We enjoyed our stay and will consider it again in the future.

This hotel was amazing. We typically stay at Hampton inns but decided to go cheaper. I would 200% recommend this place and would go back in a heartbeat. Room was not freezing when we went in, staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious. Freshly ground coffee, pancakes freshly made, even their water to go had cucumbers with a strawberry syrup on the side you could add in! Very impressed and affordable.

This hotel is great. The rooms are spotless and roomy. Obviously a new hotel or complete refurbished. Quiet, modern and accepts pets. Mine is conked out right now. Walk in shower instead of a tub that is preferable. Will have breakfast tomorrow and continue review. Well done Holiday Inn Express!!

Arrived a little later in the evening. The Desk Clerk was great. Someone on an earlier shift had given my room away, but she made it right in under 5 minutes. The room was very well kept by housekeeping, it was spotless. Breakfast was your standard Holiday Inn breakfast,but it was all hot and refreshed quickly when almost out of an item. The pool was wicked cold, but still felt good after a long day of driving. If I'm back thru this area again, I will definitely use this hotel.

I called this hotel to make reservations, I always speak to the front desk to make reservations, to make sure the hotel doesn’t allow pets, because my son and wife are very allergic to dogs. We checked in only to observe numerous dogs walking around. I inquired of the clerk who told me hotel was pet friendly, she provided me with phone number to front desk of another holiday inn down the street that was pet free. I was told the manager was not available on weekends when I inquired about a refund. We left and checked in to the other holiday inn. When I called back for the manager she declined the refund stating that I didn’t officially check out of her hotel. Even though her receptionist left her a note stating we had an issue.
