Staff is very friendly, although the rooms are comparable to their rooms at modern Sleep Inns or Comfort Suites, they were very clean but not worth paying literally double then the aforementioned properties. The lobby and breakfast area are great, indoor pool and hot tub are great and a surprise bonus was the beer and wine that can be purchased at the front desk… Well done on everything. I think a rate of $140-$160/ night would be a far more acceptable rate vs what we paid ( we did use 35,000 bonus points) I’m assuming that these rates are to attract a different quality of people? Idk but the staff and hotel was really nice. only complaints would be no to in downstairs bathroom, hand soap was empty in downstairs bathroom and a couple tables in eating area were ridiculously wobbly to the p

Great location, right off the highway. Very close to PJ Welihans. We stayed overnight to take kids snow tubing over at Blue Mountain (20 minutes away). Easy check-in, spacious, clean room. Imdoor pool and fitness room open 6am-midnight. Breakfast was good, great options for all. DEBBIE IS A SUPERHERO IN DISGUISE💖💖

The bikes were in excellent condition—comfortable enough for our 8.5-mile journey—and the staff was incredibly helpful. They provided detailed trail maps and even pointed out a couple of waterfall spots where our boys could splash and cool off. Great experience. Staff were polite and professional. Breakfast was the traditional continental breakfast. I loved how attentive the gentleman was in ensuring the tables were clean and refilling items in a timely manner. Another young gentleman in the front desk was very informative and so nice. The bed was very comfortable, the space in the room was good. My only complaint was that the bathroom sink was a bit clogged and the bed comforter had a stain. The distance from the hotel to the major attractions was decent. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit Jim Thorpe and nearby towns.

This hotel is very well maintained. Everything super clean. The hallway is carpeted and still actually smells nice. The pool small-ish but is also well maintained (is worth bringing a swimsuit). The fitness center is a nice little area right by the pool. The continental breakfast is 7am-9am or 10am(weekends) good and the kitchen staff restock things quickly.
