Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Kingsland, GA

If I honestly could put no stars, I would. We booked through a third party (Expedia) with my two small children. Expecting to have a weekend of fun and relaxation but instead was greeted with one of the most horrific experiences I have ever been in. We arrived later about 9 pm and immediately checked in and laid kids down. We noticed the bathroom was in pretty bad shape. Very dirty and obviously not maintained. I personally woke up about 4 am after tossing and turning to find bugs… everywhere. The issues continued after this… the toilet became unusable and would not flush. There was a used bar of soap on the towel shelf from the previous guest(s). We went to “breakfast” and my son accidentally grabbed two styrofoam plates and the little woman who “watches over the breakfast area” proceede

I booked the room through hotels.com because of the great price and mostly positive reviews on the hotels.com site. Also the pictures looked great…mistake. If you like sleeping, don’t stay here. The beds have metal frames and are super uncomfortable and squeak like hell. Also, our rooms (I booked two) were never cleaned and we never got fresh towels. I honestly try not to rag on places too hard, but this place in is need of a SERIOUS upgrade. If anybody left a positive review, I’m pretty sure they didn’t stay in the same place I did…or they’re a bot. By the way, if you’re the owner/operator of this place and you read my review, don’t bother copying and pasting the same apology you’ve already used for countless other paying customers…just do better.

I used my rewards points to book this stay and the room they put us in was nasty and dog hairs everywhere. Our socks and shoes were covered from just walking around the room for about an hour. (I actually took pictures). Our TV didn’t work so I called the front desk. The guy came to check our TV and we showed him the filth. He put us in another room that was a little better…not as much dog hairs…. But it was a little better. We had stayed there before and didn’t have this problem. We had been on the road for 9 1/2 hrs traveling to Florida for a cruise the next day. We really were tired and very disappointed.

The service was not warm and greeting, as a choice member one of my cooler reception. Booked for pool and hot tub, water was 66 for a heated indoor pool, hot tub not usable cement blocks and taped. |IN handicapped as requested, bed frames are metal and sleeping was like being back at summer camp with squeaky frames. So don't move or the whole room is awake.|Bathroom clean and tidy |Breakfast was the highlight, good hot coffee and toast.

The breakfast lady constantly sitting watching people get breakfast and correcting people on things is incredibly annoying. She made my niece nervous to get her own food. The front desk employees are nice enough. The bed had a stain and the bathroom wall had weird liquid marks. The shower wasn’t cleaned at all. Hair was left, an OPEN and USED mini conditioner was left. And it was covered in gunk. The shower also has no barrier so the water covers the entire room. Pet friendly with a reasonable pet fee, i suppose. I’d stay again, but the bathrooms are gross. Beds and living spaces are fine.
