The deadbolt lock on the door to my room didn't work. The pool and hot tub was out of order. There was no ice machine. It was a bitter cold day in January and my room was very cold when I checked in, and it took several hours for the room to warm up. The Breakfast room was open at 6AM, and when I got there at 6:30AM, there was no food or anything set up. The housekeepers were working into the evening, which I found odd. The staff was quite friendly, so it wasn't a horrible experience. I believe it has the potential to become a really good hotel - it's just not there yet! :)

I have called Country Inn and Suites by Radisson in Grand Rapids, MN a day before I booked my reservation asking if there pool was open they replied "Yes" and didn't bother to tell me that there was a water break in the hotel and everything was down. I honestly dont care how cheap they are I would never recommend any of my family or friends to this hotel due lying and disrespect after asking to write a letter for me so I can get Super.com to refund me for the amenities being down without any of the staffs telling me before I booked, I called and they lied. Please everyone that's thinking about going to Country Inn and Suites dont book a reservation. I was told by AmericInn staff that they have been going down since a new owner has taken over the hotel and that there pool was down for almo

This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered, and it has left me questioning the standards and practices maintained at your property. My party consisted of myself, my wife, my mother-in-law, and—most critically—our 9-day-old daughter, which made the condition and functionality of the hotel especially important.||Below is a comprehensive list of the issues we encountered during our short but deeply disappointing stay:||⸻||1. Undisclosed Amenity Closures||Upon arrival, I was informed that the pool, hot tub, and both ice machines were out of order. At no point during booking was this mentioned, which is a clear failure of transparency and a breach of expectations based on your advertised amenities.||⸻||2. Room Confusion at Check-In||After being handed my room

No hot breakfast, ice machine was broken, room was dirty. I booked a handicapped accessible room and the lady put us in a regular room, so when I complained, she said "Oh well I do have one handicapped accessible room open if you really want it." We had already unpacked our things and it would have been very inconvenient to switch. In the morning, I went to the front desk at 6:10 and there was no employee. I looked all over the place, including all the "Staff Only" areas, and nobody was around. I tried 3 times to call the front desk number and two phones rang from behind the counter with no one to answer them. At about 7:00 AM a lady employee (Lindsay) came in the front door to start her shift. I asked her where the worker was from the night shift, and she was apologizing about it but had

Worst hotel experience ever. Check in was at 3pm but we arrived at 6:30pm. We were given a room key and when we went down to the room we found out it hadn’t been cleaned yet. Waited until 9:30pm to be able to get into our room. Not to mention when making reservations we were not told the pool, hot tub, and ice machines were out of service. Big let down for the child. Once in our room (111) the carpets were filthy, no hand soap available, tv wasn’t working, and there was not a mattress protector on the bed, just the fitted sheet that was too small and kept coming off the corners of the bed. In the morning we found a puddle of water on the bathroom floor to find out the sink pipe is leaking. We went down to the desk to ask for a new room due to the plumbing issue and were told by the mornin
