Can't say enough about how nice and helpful the staff are here!! Room was clean, pool was warm and hot tub was hot and bubbly. Breakfast was good. They were completely booked and kept up with keeping the breakfast stuff stocked.

Pros Check in was easy. Front desk agent was super kind! Nice big clean room. Hot tub and pool are great! Cons We booked the wheelchair accessible, supposed to have roll in shower only but had a tub. The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable, was tossing and turning all night. Sink fixture in the kitchenette needs replaced as it leaks water when you turn it on.

I'm not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from unless this place was recently remodeled. The room and lobby area were clean with new paint and fixtures. The breakfast was decent for the price. And the staff were friendly and helpful.

Our Queen Suite was extremely cold upon arrival as the heat was turned off for several days prior. It was -20 outside. Then the heater did not work correctly and we were forced to sleep in our parkas and gloves. The elevator also was inoperative. Front Desk Attendant, Daja, was wonderful and did everything she could to help. However, there were no other available rooms. ||We had to request to be compensated for our horrible experience and were given only $25 for our trouble. While the staff was lovely, we cannot recommend this hotel.

Great room, decent price. Very nice to have the hot tub & pool. Continental Breakfast had great selection! Only complaint was the people above us had kids running around and easy to hear them. Sometimes the pool/hot tub was kind of busy but we got our time on! Staff was great! Will stay there again hopefully!
