Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Buffalo South I-90, NY

After a not-so-great experience at the hotel next door, staying here was a breath of fresh air. The difference was immediately noticeable, especially because of the amazing staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in making sure guests had a great stay. From the front desk to housekeeping, the team created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere that completely turned my trip around. It’s clear that the people who work here truly care about their guests, and that made all the difference. Highly recommended! 🌟🏨

We had an issue with our toilet. When we left the hotel at 10 a.m. for the day we notified the front desk. Upon return at 10 p.m. the toilet was still not fixed. The only option we were given was to move rooms. Interesting that was an option since the hotel was sold out. Guess what, the toilet just needed to be plunged, which we did ourselves after a long time having to wait for the front desk clerk to get us a plunger. Probably could have driven to Wegmans across the street faster, purchased one, fixed the problem and been done. Won't stay here again if such a little issue takes over 12 hours to correct.

Starting off, I am a hotel's dream customer, as a senior solo traveler, who is also an avid environmentalist. I am super clean, quiet and neat and don't waste anything.||PROS: The complimentary breakfast was decent, and seemed to provide a good range of options. There was a gentleman working diligently to refill hot foods, clean tables, etc. Rooms were clean (with the exception of the bathroom walls), and the hotel was quiet.||CONS: I started out with a room that had a non-functioning bathroom. When I turned the shower on, a piece of the faucet came off, and the tub would not drain whatsoever. This is by FAR!! The worst hotel ive ever stayed in! The room is absolutely filthy,the tv,microwave and fridge are from the early 2000s,stained pillow cases and towels.Bathroom is gross,stains on the floor,wood was rotting so they painted it,pained falling off everywhere,sink that doesn't drain,toilet that was clogged so I opened the back to find its completely full of mold.Extremely ignorant crew,the guests next to us had to be told to turn down the music 4 times,they had a friend pounding on their door so damn hard,all the guests on the floor were looking out into the hallway because we thought it was a swat team.Its 410am and my entire family was just woken up by those same guests banging on the door again! The hotel was pretty nice. Our check-in girl, Kim, was very nice and helpful. The breakfast could have been a little bit better as the main choice was kind of thin. The staff we had the next day could have been more helpful with the exception of one lady (sorry to have not checked her name), who was very nice. The room was nice enough and did the trick for us. All and all, we liked our stay.
