Country Cascades Waterpark Resort

We had a wonderful stay here! The kids loved the waterpark and all of the activities. We rented a cabana one day and it was so relaxing. The resort offers so much to do and snack on! It was great. The absolute best part of this resort though, is their staff! They were so kind and attentive to all of our children, but especially to our special needs child. As a mom to a child with an invisible disability, often people see a child simply not acting her age. But here they danced with her, listened to her, hugged her. She even made a new bestie, Jennifer, who she will no doubt talk about for months to come. Allura was exceptional for breakfast both mornings, the food was amazing and a great start to our day. The entire staff was so nice, and I was impressed at the attitude of all of the lifeguards. Everyone was so nice and positive. The family meal deal that I purchased while booking online was completely worth it! Definitely recommend that! Water park was definitely a blast. Loved the activities and amenities. My kids didn't even ask to leave to go find something in town to do. They stayed fed and occupied the whole time which was awesome. Our room was clean and the Treehouse suite was great for the kids! Can't recommend this place enough!

We stayed here for 3 nights as a family. The hotel has a lot of facilities to keep kids happy and engaged. Indoor waterpark was good with quite a few slides. Thanksgiving decoration was beautiful. They also did a lot of activities right from 8:30 am until 9:45 pm to entertain the families and kids, and that was really nice of them. Rooms were OK, it didn't have a microwave. They have a breakfast place, ice cream shop, flavored pop corn and sweets/candy shop, and a pizzeria. The breakfast place had "A la carte" option, no buffet. Overall, it's a very nice place for families with kids. The kids will never feel bored even if they have to spend a whole day in the hotel. And location is perfect.

This is the best family friendly hotel that we have found. It’s the reason that we keep coming back. There is so much to do that we hardly venture out. Over the years we’ve come to just be at the hotel and enjoy. The staff is always super friendly. It’s not a vacation until we see Kelly, Tye, or Jonathan. Every person that we have interacted with has been wonderful. Cleaning staff to front desk. The pizza is wonderful, coffee always brewing, and ice cream to die for. The bakery has the perfect snacks and breakfast at Granny Cluckets is a must. Water park is top notch. The slides are so fun for the whole family. Outside is wonderful and has so much seating. Adding a few photos from over the years. We usually come 5-6 times per year.

Stopped in Pigeon Forge for 2 days and chose this hotel since we have two toddlers. We are so happy with our experience. So many fun things for the kids to do just in the hotel. All staff were so nice. Love that they have activities every hour of the day. The pool and waterslides are so fun! The rooms were clean and nice.
