Cougar Campers RV Park

I see that many of these negative reviews appear to have been posted by former tenants or guests who were asked to leave due to repeated rule violations or behavior that did not meet park standards. Cougar Campers has recently updated its RV acceptance and screening policies to ensure a safe, respectful, and well-maintained environment for all residents. Problematic tenants have been removed, and stricter guidelines are now in place to maintain the quality of the park moving forward. Our goal is to provide a clean, quiet, and secure place for responsible guests. We stand by our commitment to enforcing park rules fairly and consistently.

Very unpleasant owner and managers.

Honestly one of the worst r.v parks in Washington, there are a bunch of methods heads walking around "smoking there pipe in plain sight" drunks that scream all day and night. There is one gentleman out there that I witness hit his dog with his vehicle and then scream at the dog like it was the dogs fault. Same guy revs his engine all night until 4 a.m. the owner her self will do nothing g about it when she is notified your at fault and blamed. It smells so bad and is so dry that the smell just gets worse. And the price she charges for such a dump is just ridiculous. If your thing about going here I would advise against it especially if you have children definitely a horrible park in every manner.

Lovely place , well maintained and quiet . there's a park area that's nice in the summer . There's lots of trails and places to walk , the canal is very close by .. Neighbors are friendly . The owner is really nice and easy to talk to .

The owner is awesome. It's quiet most of the time. People look out for each other. Never had problems here
