Coral Beach Resort and Suites

I love staying at this resort. Was staying here since my kids was small. Last visit was just in October on my husband birthday. Everyone is normally nice From front desk, to restaurant, to room attendant. Made a reservation to stay for th weekend for my anniversary called cause I made a mistake on my email spoke to Kelly & melody. First kelly told me she saw my reservation but wasnt able to change my email at the time but I was good to come in on Friday. melody was just rude & told us we cant stay because we are locals but we just stayed in October. Guess its time to find another resort that will love to accept me as a guest! Thanks Coral Beach it was nice

We stay at this resort at least 3-4 times a year and we have never ever had a bad experience. The staff in particular Audrey is amazing. Very friendly and welcoming every time we stay. The rooms are always clean and the location is great! There is a game room located on the premises with bowling, pool tables, and arcade games, as well as great food. They also offer a nice breakfast buffet in the morning. We are already booking our next visit in a couple months.

Positive: Clean with friendly stuff, nice pool area. It was chilly but the hot tub was hot enough to stay outside. Good southern breakfast. It's a very decent resort in general, we were happy about everything. Negative: Location of the hotel is horrible, cannot go anywhere at night because the place is not safe, too may criminals and homeless. Hotel security was excellent though, really felt protected and safe on hotel territory, they are doing their best.

Upon check in, my family and I immediately secured a room at a chain hotel property. The room itself (CHR0102) was dark, floors were sandy, broken drawers, unclean surfaces, excessive flies. In addition to what’s noted, property staff opened the door after we had checked in asking if we were still cleaning (note: we were the guests). Didn’t feel safe there with my family, we left the property and returned the key.

The room was mediocre. The t.v. wouldn't stay on. However, they sent maintenance to fix it. It worked all day the last day. The kitchen area had stove, refrigerator, & microwave. No cooking utensils. So if you want to cook bring your own pots & pans. The bathroom was not cleaned. The party who occupied the room before us left personals behind, & house keeping didn't clean it up, left the items on the floor. So I went, brought my own cleaning products & cleaned & sterilized the bathroom myself. However, the seal was placed on the toilet, as if it were cleaned. It was stocked with towels, hands towels, & wash clothes. The bathroom door was off of the top hinge. The bathroom sink was rusted. The lobby staff, & the maintenance staff were very nice & prompt.
