Coopers RV Park

Great place, very clean and lots are not as closed to each other as some other places. They won't take campers older that certain age and that assures that all of them are clean and neat, rates are around 800 dollars per month everything included, hreat rate giving the cost of living. Close to just about everything and about 10 min from Raleigh, grat location 9 out of 10

I wish I could give Coopers RV Park 6 stars! David Banister runs amazing RV Parks. We stayed with him at his Banister park for a few months last year and it was no less amazing. With well spaced out sites, very well graded, manicured grass everywhere and open space everywhere is a dream park for an extended stay. Be clear, it is not a resort campground, so do not expect playgrounds for the kiddos. There is no swimming pool or dog park. There is no camp store or dump station. There are only very well maintained sites with full hookups and lots of Green space and shade trees. Anyone that could call Cooper's and David Bannister a slumlord is out of their mind. David is the most responsive host we have ever met and he will bend over backwards to make you happy within his ability.

No ammenities here, but nice level clean sites. Feels more like a neighborhood than an rv park. Very quiet park, and a lot of stuff within 10 mins. Would reccomend.

I've been at Coppers RV Park since September 2025. It is a quiet and Layed back RV park. I highly recommend it. The few people I've met here are super nice and friendly. If you're looking for a RV Park. Come down and see Johnny.

Coopers RV Park is the nicest park we have experienced in our 8 years of full time RVing! The park is very quiet, clean, spacious and beautifully landscaped. Johnny was extremely polite, efficient and professional! I can’t say enough good things about this park. We had a bit of a wait to get in but it’s definitely worth the wait. If you’re in the Raleigh area Cooper’s or Bannister’s RV Parks are the place to be!
