BBQ Smokehouse

Tried Tongue Slappers today at their grand opening for their new food truck. Getting some constructive criticism out of the way first, they had a DJ that was too loud which made ordering difficult and stressful, especially since they weren't doing receipts today, so you really had to strain to hear if you got your name called. All that being said, the food itself was INCREDIBLE! My wife and I enjoyed their smoked lamb and jerk pork ribs! Best baked beans we've had. Macaroni and collard greens were really great too. Food 11/10! Service 3/5 due to the loud music.

I attended the grand opening for this food truck. I must say I am disappointed in the food quality and taste. None of the food was hot. The ribs temperature was like they were sitting out all day, slightly cold, a bit dry, and only getting flavor from the sauce. Mac and cheese was very dry and had a weird after taste. Ordering and getting recommendations was a challenge with the loud music. Music did not have to be that loud. I would not recommend and I will not be going back. I would expect better quality from a grand opening.
