Great room in an awesome antique setting. Note that you are in a creaky old place, so pack some understanding and maybe some earplugs as you WILL hear your neighbors. Top floor is best, and you don't want the rooms near the entrance doors. Bluetooth keyless entry works well, and a key can be had for old schoolers for additional $10.

I don't really care for using the app as a key. I stood outside the lobby door for 10 minutes trying to figure out how to get inside. Eventually the door i was standing in front of showed up in the app and I was able to click it, but I failed to open the door (it stuck) so it locked again, then the door disappeared in the app again. It was dark, late, and that was a crappy experience. Otherwise I like the rooms, it is really quiet here, and I enjoy the historic building and downtown. I've been here twice, two different runs, and both times the bed is noisy, if you're concerned about that :-)

Virtual check-in is ok but nobody at the site ever is not. One coffee set up in room. Dirty. Ice is a block away. Rooms on first floor have the hall light shining into room 1&2 through glass doors with sheer curtains . Extra $20/day housekeeping fee in small print

Arrived late in the day after a long day of travel without reservations. Jared was extremely helpful in finding us accommodations. Pretty cool staying in an old historic mansion, but had I planned ahead I would probably have chose differently.

Positive: Staff was very accommodating and friendly and easy to reach. Good location. Temperature in room was easy to control and worked well. Nice size room. Negative: Main overhead light and fan did not work. We only found two outlets and one didn’t work. Cheap and old table and chairs. Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Old dust everywhere, Shower very slow to drain. Cracked tiles in shower. Our room overdue an update.
