I’ve heard so many wonderful things about this place from friends who have stayed here, and I was really looking forward to experiencing it myself. Unfortunately, due to unexpected family circumstances, I wasn’t able to make the trip. Even though I never actually got the chance to stay, I can say that the communication and kindness I experienced from the team was incredible. They were extremely accommodating when I had to reschedule, and when things ultimately didn’t work out on my end, they were so understanding and gracious in helping resolve the reservation. It’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality and compassion. Incredible stay!! The Property is extremely clean and well kept. The cabin was spotless when we walked in and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We rode spider mountain all day, came back to the cabin, and walked down to Templeton's (on the property) for a cold beer and some great food. The smoked chicken sandwich was excellent and hit the spot after a day of riding. Hand breaded tenders were a huge hit with the kids. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and came over many times to check on us, even though its not a "full service" restaurant. Highly recommend this place if your riding spider, or even just having a relaxing vacation. Can't wait to book our next trip here!

This place is ratchet! It took 24 hours to cool off, has tore up furnishings, the water smells like vomit, there is NO cell service and the bar and restaurant is a joke! The bartender sat on top of the cooler all night and the food truck cook burnt the food. To make the tip of the iceberg we got spied upon where the housekeeper sat in a 4 Runner and watched us as we prepared to leave. Even though you pay a $75 cleaning fee, you have to strip your beds, take the trash to the dumpsters, wash your dishes and gather up all your towels, if there are any stains, they threaten you via text they are going to fine you. This place is a dilapidated joke and when I dared to mention it, instead of trying to make it right the owner said I was rude, so I guess I deserve it.

I really like this place. I feel like they could make this place better. Pick up trash around the place (clean it up), maybe add a couple additional RV spots,etc. leveling out spots better, trimming tree's, etc. When we arrived we had NO idea who to talk too about our site, WiFi password, you know, pertinent information... Nobody there except the bar people. Other than that, we liked this place.

Took my 4 adult kids here for an early Thanksgiving because i have family between Burnet and Marble Falls and we had a blast. We played pool and enjoyed the band and the people we met from staff to visitors to locals. They all want to go back. Trying to get my group of 27 pals to rent all the cabins for a mini-takeover - would be fun to play on the picklelball court, the drinking games and run around the area a bit more.
