Conrad Orlando at Evermore

I had a prepaid booking.They charged 800$ for incidentals with the POS that gave the “Approved” status.We spend like 1k and they locked us outside of the room and asked us to pay this again the whole amount. They did not recognize the initial payment.Front desk guy Christian very rood, pushing it to the edge of snapping.Eventually I asked to speak to the manager on duty..he got at the front desk in 20-30 minutes, apologizing and saying that everything is ok with the initial payment. We spent 1 hour locked outside by this “system error”The service at the Sofia (downstirs restaurant) is very poor because of the kitchen staff.The roof top restaurant is quite nice for dinner.I waited 30 min for the valet to bring my car. The Conrad Hotel is truly an amazing place and the definition of a five star experience. Everything was top of the line from the moment we arrived. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms felt luxurious and spotless. The views were stunning, the pools were perfect for relaxing, and the entire property felt very safe and secure. What really stood out was how clean everything was and how professional and welcoming the staff were throughout our stay. Every detail reflected quality and excellence. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true five-star hotel experience

We just completed an 8-day family stay at the Conrad Orlando at Evermore and had a wonderful experience. The property itself is beautiful and extremely well maintained. While Orlando's unusually cold weather during our visit prevented us from taking advantage of the beach and lagoon, our kids loved the heated pool and hottubs. What really stood out, however, was the staff. Every team we interacted with was consistently attentive and professional. The valet team was quick and welcoming every single day, housekeeping was reliable and thorough (our room was reset carefully each morning), and in-room dining was prompt and accurate. We are local to Orlando and just went for an overnite stay. It was the best service ever . Kameron at the front desk was able to upgrade our room and we were able to check in before check in time. The resort was very quiet this week so we we able to experience the resort with no crowds. It definitely felt special. We had dinner at Sophia’s and Tim was exceptional! Guest service at its very best! The food , wine, dessert and views made of a magical experience! We will definitely return when we can enjoy the pools.

We spent 2 nights at the Conrad and it was a wonderful experience. We walked around the property everything and every where you look is beautifully maintained. We stayed in the hotel, they also have condos, villas and homes that you can rent out if you have larger groups. Our room had a wonderful view of the pool and lagoon. I did use my american express points to book the room and was so happy with it. We had breakfast both days at Sophie's and it was delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will go back soon and take our family.
